What can we do for you?

What mediation is: a process that helps parties in conflict, with the support of mediators, to move to a different, new level of communication in order to achieve a win-win solution for both. Mediation in English is available.
Interpersonal conflicts in the workplace are not uncommon and it is easy to get caught up in them. This can lead to reduced creativity, slower, poorer or no decision-making, and thus can translate into decreasing performance.
In a partnership, situations arise again and again that pose a great challenge: a new job, moving into a new apartment, among other things, represent changes that those involved deal with differently.
There is no such thing as conflict-free office. As unpleasant as conflict can be, the conflict itself is not really the problem. How we deal with it is what matters.
Do you lead a team or a group of employees who have conflicts with each other? Would you actually have to develop an individual leadership style for each of these employees in order to meet today’s expectations? And because of the conflicts, is the actual work suffering?

How does mediation work?

Mediation is a structured process in which all parties involved have an equal say and are heard. Each party can present “his or her truth”.

Mediation pursues the goal of guiding the parties involved to a new level of communication. Both sides learn to look at the conflicts from different angles and to re-evaluate them. Dealing with the associated emotions also is an integral part of the process. This gives the opportunity to regain the old calmness, composure and joy.
